Role Purpose

This role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects — spanning planning, execution,

monitoring, and closure — with a primary focus on Data Migration engagements in Oracle ERP. It will establish

project governance, tracking mechanisms, and reporting frameworks while managing project scope, timelines,

risks, issues, resources, and budgets. The scope includes coordinating business stakeholders, technical teams,

vendors, and leadership; leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery; and producing

executive presentations, dashboards, and status reports to keep leadership informed. The role drives risk

mitigation, issue resolution, and project escalations to deliver successful business outcomes.

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

Principal Accountabilities:

- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Establish and enforce project governance, tracking mechanisms, and reporting frameworks.

- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, resources, and budgets.

- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

- Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and project escalations.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership teams.

- Support Data Migration activities in Oracle ERP.

Key Activities:

- Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, status reports, and management updates.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans,



schedules, and resource allocations.

- Track project progress against milestones and provide regular status updates to leadership.

- Maintain risk, issue, and action logs and drive timely resolution.

- Facilitate stakeholder reviews, governance meetings, and project escalations.

- Monitor project budgets and ensure delivery within approved scope and timelines.

- Coordinate vendor and partner activities across Data Migration workstreams in Oracle ERP.

Education, Qualifications and Experience

Essential

Desirable

Project Management Expertise:





- Strong expertise in project management

core fundamentals.

- Proven experience in Project Governance,

Planning, Tracking, Risk Management, and

Reporting.

- Ability to manage end-to-end delivery —

scope, timelines, risks, issues, resources,

and budgets.

Domain Experience:

- Hands-on experience in at least one Oracle

ERP implementation or Data Migration

project.

Reporting & Communication:

- Well versed in creating executive

PowerPoint presentations, dashboards,

and project status reports.

- Strong capability in project reporting,

stakeholder communication, and

Certifications:

- Multiple project management certifications

(PMP and PRINCE2 and/or Agile).

Domain Experience:

- Experience across multiple Oracle ERP

implementations and/or Data Migration

programmes.

- Exposure to large-scale, multi-region

enterprise transformation programmes.

Tools & Methods:

- Proficiency with enterprise project

management and tracking tools.

- Experience operating in both Agile and

traditional (waterfall) delivery models.

Industry / Regional:

- Experience working with Middle East /

international clients and distributed teams.

Certification:
