Key Responsibilities

* Research and map experiences across target cities and identify categories with high user demand.

* Analyze competitor platforms, pricing, customer interest, and market trends to identify opportunities.

* Evaluate which experiences have strong potential and identify gaps in the marketplace.

* Reach out to experience providers and build relationships for onboarding onto Awestruck.

* Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate the onboarding process.

* Work closely with the Operations and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely listing of experiences.

* Coordinate with the product and development team to resolve listing issues, feature requests, and operational bottlenecks.

* Maintain and update experience data, pricing, schedules, and availability.

* Generate business reports, onboarding status reports, and performance insights.





* Recommend improvements to increase platform engagement, partner satisfaction, and conversion rates.

* Ensure a smooth end-to-end onboarding experience for every partner.

Required Skills

*Should be an MBA grad or pursuing MBA

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

* Valuable understanding of market research and business analysis.

* Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and data reporting.

* Ability to coordinate across multiple teams.

* Strong organizational and project management skills.

* Self-driven with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
