LOTUS Containers is an owner-run group of companies operating in the sectors of trading and leasing new and used containers internationally. Since its foundation in 2008, the business group has grown steadily. The headquarter is located in Egestorf near Hamburg and further offices or representations are located in Hamburg (Germany), São Paulo (Brazil), Shanghai (China) and Miami (USA).

With a view to expanding our current sales team, we are looking for several full-time, regional Senior Sales Managers (m/f/x) to support our existing team as soon as possible:

Your duties

- acquisition of new customers and care of existing customers
- completion and organisation of the entire customer process, from customer acquisition, service provision to after-sales service, including ongoing customer care
- cooperation in the development and rollout of sales strategies and concepts within the overarching company strategy
- establishment, support and management of the company sales team
- ‘tuned into the market’:



ensuring customer and market requirements passed on to the company and proactively offering relevant services
- fulfilment of a mentoring function in the successful qualification and training of young sales managers

Your profile

- at least three years’ professional experience in the sales sector, ideally in the container industry or logistics and with an existing network within the sector
- strong written and spoken communication skills
- experience in the establishment and management of sales teams
- flexibility and willingness to travel
- able to work independently, service-oriented, team player and resistant to stress
- good command of English – spoken and written
- well experienced in use of current MS Office applications and IT-based sales tools
