We're Hiring | Senior Officer / Assistant Manager – Sales | Goa

Monier Roofing Pvt. Ltd. (BMI Group) is looking for an experienced Sales Professional from the Building Materials Industry to drive business growth across Goa.

Location: Goa (Candidates should be based in Goa or nearby.)
Experience: 5–9 Years (Building Materials industry experience is mandatory.)
CTC: ₹8–9 LPA (Flexible for the right candidate.)

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and expand the dealer & distributor network.
- Build strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, dealers, fabricators, and government departments.
- Generate and convert B2B & B2C project opportunities.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and maintain CRM.
- Negotiate and close profitable orders while ensuring healthy margins.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.

What We're Looking For

- 5–9 years of experience in Building Materials Sales.
- Strong network across Goa with architects, builders, dealers, and developers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA – Marketing preferred).
- Willingness to travel across Goa.
