We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented professional to manage machine dispatch, documentation, stock accuracy, transporter coordination, and delivery follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-time and accurate dispatches
- Prepare challans, invoices, e-way bills, warranty cards, and packing lists
- Maintain same-day inward and outward stock entries
- Coordinate inter-branch stock transfers
- Track deliveries and collect POD/customer confirmation
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time
Requirements:
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or inventory
- Knowledge of Excel, e-way bills, and transport documentation
- Solid coordination and reporting skills
- Detail-oriented and disciplined approach
