Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote our pest management services, generate new leads, and foster strong customer relationships. The role involves in office visits, client meetings, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct surveys/inspections at client sites and explain service benefits.
- Prepare and deliver service quotations/proposals to prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and close sales to meet monthly targets.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Report daily activities, leads, and sales performance to the sales manager.
- Coordinate with the technical/service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in field sales, marketing, or similar roles (pest control, FMCG, insurance, etc., preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license (mandatory).
