*Roles and Responsibility*

*HR coordinator* - Coordination for Outsourced Talent Acquisition with PSA for hiring resolutions for Sales/Non Sales hiring

intense Calling, follow-up and Negotiating skills

*Stakeholder management* - Managing internal and external stakeholders / coordinating with process stakeholders. Ensuring PSAs provide requisite resources for Sales & Non Sales functions for hiring, basis Sales Project and running of Organization, Coordinating for collating satisfaction survey reports from PSAs

*NFTE Life cycle management* - Provide details for discussion/ meeting with PSA and sales on hiring

Drive outsourced hiring strategy, ensuring manpower readiness/pipeline

Data-Driven Decision Making, Advance Excel knowledge/ Business acumen / MIS and presentation skills / adhering policy and process

Valuable written and verbal communication skills
