We are looking for a Service Advisor (Two-Wheeler) to join our team. In this role, the Service Advisor will act as a liaison between our customers and service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers, understand their service needs, and create job cards

-When customers bring their vehicles for inquiries, the Service Advisor should conduct a road test.

- Estimate costs, timelines, and communicate with customers

- Coordinate with mechanics and technicians for repairs and maintenance

- Explain repairs, costs, and ensure customer satisfaction

- Ensure timely delivery of bikes and follow up with customers

- Promote service plans, accessories, and up-sell relevant products

- Maintain service records and customer database

Skills Needed:

- Basic knowledge of bike mechanics and service procedures

SALES EXECUTIVE

to assist us in expanding our business activities. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be a rapid learner, and have a passion for sales.
