Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chinese Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional Chinese cuisine and techniques, ensuring the preparation of high-quality dishes that delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards, maintaining quality and presentation.
- Menu Development: Assist in developing new menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques while staying true to traditional flavors.
- Station Management: Oversee a specific kitchen station (e.g., wok, dim sum, sauces) and ensure efficient workflow and cleanliness.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.
- Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards,



adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Training: Mentor and train junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and restaurant standards.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a Chinese kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques, ingredients, and culture.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred.
