We are looking for proactive and communicative Academic Counselors to join our admissions team. Counselors will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents, nurturing leads generated through various channels, and guiding them through the admissions journey up to and beyond enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promptly respond to incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
- Conduct detailed course counseling based on student interests and academic background
- Maintain regular follow-up to ensure continuous engagement and interest
- Clearly explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and career outcomes
- Address queries from students and parents professionally and accurately
- Share relevant brochures, program videos, and other collateral as needed
- Update lead status, call notes, and follow-up schedules accurately in the CRM and other dashboards
- Ensure leads are properly categorized (cold, warm, hot) based on interaction quality and interest level
- Encourage and assist students in completing the application process




- Coordinate with the backend admissions and program teams for any escalations
- Share lead engagement reports with the Group Lead on daily basis
- Attend team reviews and feedback sessions regularly and improvise

Qualifications & Skills:

- Females only staying close to PES University Ring Road Campus
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Education, Communication)
- 2–3 years of experience in counseling/admissions/sales/customer service
- Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
- Confident telephone etiquette and empathetic communication style
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, Google Sheets, and email platforms
- Goal-oriented, organized, and a solid team player

Salary offered – 25 to 30k per month

Work Timings - 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 1:30 pm on Saturdays. May need to extend based on work.

Work Location – Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bangalore

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
