Core responsibilities at LOCI

Typical duties include:

- Maintaining cleanliness and basic order across the studio (workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms)
- Serving tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Supporting daily office operations such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery within the office
- Monitoring and replenishing pantry and office supplies (stationery, toiletries, etc.)
- Collecting and distributing incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and internal documents
- Running occasional local errands (purchasing supplies, delivering documents, bank deposits where required)
- Assisting in setting up meeting rooms (arranging chairs/tables, basic AV setup) and preparing refreshments for meetings/events
- Reporting maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor/office manager
- Helping coordinate small office events/functions (decor, catering support)

Reporting and work style

- Reports to: Studio Head




- Works closely with architects, landscape architects, interns, and admin staff to keep the studio workplace smooth and efficient.
- Typical hours in Indian offices: 10:00–19:00 with a lunch break(30 Minutes)

Typical requirements

- Basic literacy ( 10th or 12th pass); ability to follow instructions reliably
- Neat appearance, punctuality, and dependable behaviour
- Basic communication skills (Hindi + functional English helpful in a design studio)
- Physical stamina for cleaning, carrying items, and moving around the office
- Basic computer familiarity is a plus (for photocopying/scanning, simple digital tasks)

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
