NPRO is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Officer to join our growing team in Balasore, Odisha.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned Primary Sales and Secondary Sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Generate Primary Sales by ensuring regular order collection from distributors and dealers.
- Drive Secondary Sales by increasing product movement from distributors/dealers to retailers, dairy farmers, poultry farmers, and livestock farmers.
- Appoint and develop new distributors, dealers, and retailers within the assigned territory.
- Ensure adequate stock availability at distributor and dealer points to avoid stock-outs.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor secondary sales, retail coverage, and product visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
- Implement trade schemes, promotional activities, and farmer meetings to improve market penetration.
- Monitor competitor activities,



pricing, and market trends, and provide timely feedback to management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy outstanding balances.
- Prepare daily call reports (DCR), sales reports, market intelligence reports, and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with the logistics and marketing teams to ensure timely product supply and promotional support.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
