Job Title: Styling Assistant

Department: Space Styling / Operations

Reports To: Principal Stylist / Senior Stylist

Job Summary

The Styling Assistant supports the Principal Stylist in preparing, packing, organizing, transporting, and installing styling materials for various interior projects. The role also includes inventory management, bed making, and ensuring all styling accessories are maintained and handled with care.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist the Principal Stylist with project preparation and on-site styling.

· Pack, label, and unpack décor accessories, furniture, artwork, and styling materials safely.

· Prepare and maintain packing lists and inventory records.

· Organize, store, and track all styling items in the warehouse.

· Make and style beds, arrange cushions, throws, and soft furnishings according to the styling concept.

· Assist in loading and unloading materials for project installations.

· Ensure all styling items are clean, well-maintained, and returned to inventory after each project.

· Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor.





· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the styling area and warehouse.

· Support other operational and styling tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

High School/Intermediate or equivalent. Prior experience of 2 – 4 years in interiors, styling, visual merchandising, hospitality, or warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

· Positive organizational and inventory management skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to handle fragile items with care.

· Physically fit to lift and move styling materials.

· Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Accurate inventory and packing records.

· Timely project preparation.

· Proper handling of styling materials with minimal damage.

· High standards of bed making and styling support.

· Clean and organized work and storage areas.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,827.54 per month
