We're looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive / Front of House Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest waitlists.
- Handle walk-in guests and ensure smooth guest flow during busy hours.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to provide a seamless dining experience.
- Address guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Process billing and payments using the POS system.
- Ensure every guest has a positive and memorable experience.

Who We're Looking For

- Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.




- Basic computer knowledge; experience with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualification

Working Hours

- 9–10 hour shifts
- 6-day work week
- One weekly off
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
