Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring all restaurant equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen machinery, and facility infrastructure are maintained in good working condition to support smooth daily operations across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities.
- Attend breakdowns and complete repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
- Inspect electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment regularly.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and annual maintenance.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and hygiene standards.
- Support recent outlet setup, equipment installation, and renovation projects.




- Visit outlets as scheduled to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls whenever required.

Requirements:

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or retail.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Willingness to travel between restaurant outlets and work flexible hours when needed.

Pay: Up to ₹25,073.94 per month
