About the Company

We are a leading manufacturer of Robotic EOAT (End of Arm Tooling), Vacuum Automation Systems, Press Shop Automation Solutions, and Precision CNC/VMC Machined Components. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with strong CATIA V5 expertise to join our growing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Robotic EOAT (End of Arm Tooling), Grippers, Fixtures and Automation Systems.
- Create 3D models, assemblies and manufacturing drawings using CATIA V5.
- Design pneumatic and vacuum-based automation solutions.
- Develop machine layouts and detailed manufacturing drawings.
- Prepare BOM and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with production, machining and assembly teams.
- Perform design modifications based on customer requirements.
- Ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and cost-effective solutions.
- Support installation and troubleshooting whenever required.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly & Drafting).




- Experience in EOAT / Robotic Gripper Design.
- Knowledge of Pneumatic & Vacuum Automation Systems.
- Experience in SPM, Fixture Design or Industrial Automation.
- Good understanding of GD&T; and Manufacturing Processes.
- Knowledge of BOM preparation and engineering documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
