Job overview:

Looking for a PIM Data Entry Operator with experience in E-commerce/Retail PIM, strong Excel skills, and hands-on experience with SAP/Odoo, Shopify, and WordPress to manage accurate product information and catalogues. Exposure to Electronics Retail is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities -

Experience in E-commerce or Retail Product Information Management (PIM). Manage product data, specifications, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes across multiple platforms. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Lookup Functions). Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP,



PIMworks or Odoo. Experience with Shopify, WordPress (WooCommerce), or similar eCommerce/CMS platforms for product uploads and catalogue management. Coordinate with Category, Purchase, Marketing, Design, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely product information. Exposure to Electronics Retail or Consumer Durables products is preferred. Basic Graphic Design exposure (Photoshop/Canva) for image resizing and editing is an added advantage. Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to manage large product catalogs efficiently.
