Job Overview:
Elpro International School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated TGT Social Science Teacher (SST) to join our vibrant teaching team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Social Science to middle and senior school students, fostering an engaging and intellectually stimulating learning environment. The teacher will develop students' understanding of historical, geographical, political, and economic concepts, while promoting critical thinking and encouraging a deep appreciation for the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teaching & Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Social Science (History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics) for classes in accordance with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students and accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Provide regular assessments and evaluations of student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Develop and implement lesson plans and educational activities that meet the individual needs of students.
- Student Engagement & Support:




- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated and supported in their academic growth.
- Promote the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Encourage active participation in classroom discussions and activities.
- Provide individual and group support to students who need additional assistance.
- Classroom Management:
- Maintain a disciplined, organized, and respectful classroom workplace conducive to learning.
- Ensure that students adhere to the school’s behavioral policies and rules.
- Professional Development:
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Social Science education and incorporate innovative teaching practices into the classroom.
- Attend school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions as required.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to create interdisciplinary learning opportunities and share best practices.
- Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress and development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
