- Dispatch Planning & Coordination
- Plan daily dispatch schedules based on production and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and stores teams for material readiness.
- Ensure on-time dispatch as per delivery schedules.
- Material Handling & Packing
- Supervise proper packing of castings to avoid damage during transit.
- Ensure correct quantity, weight, and identification of materials.
- Follow foundry safety and handling standards.
- Documentation & Records
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as:
- Delivery challan
- Invoice
- Packing list
- E-way bill
- Maintain dispatch records and update ERP or dispatch registers.
- Transport & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle availability.
- Ensure vehicles are suitable for material type and load.
- Track dispatched materials and follow up on delivery status.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,605.54 per month
