Position-Regional Business Head
Exp-3-10yrs(industrial/technical sales, preferably in laser machinery or similar capital equipment)
Package- best in norms
Educational Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering
MBA or BBM preferred for business development experience
Role & Responsibilities
-Generate and qualify high-quality B2B leads
-Meet and engage potential customers to convert leads into sales
-Regular travel within the region for business development
-Follow up consistently on leads, meetings, and proposals
-Secure new orders and renew existing contracts
-Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler (expenses reimbursed by the company)
Key Skills:
-Solid technical understanding of laser cutting and industrial applications
-Solid knowledge of industrial segments and buyer behaviour.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Strong in sales negotiation, persuasion, and customer engagement
-Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a natural problem solver
-Proficient in English, Hindi, and the local language.
-Higher salary negotiable based on candidate’s competency
-Performance-based incentives applicable.
