Job Summary:

As a Project Execution Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising interior execution activities, coordinating with contractors and clients, monitoring project progress, and ensuring quality execution from project kickoff to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution & Supervision:-

- Supervise day-to-day execution of residential and commercial interior projects.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor daily site activities and maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.

2. Team & Contractor Coordination:-

- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling teams, and other contractors.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability and smooth workflow at the project site.Resolve day-to-day execution challenges to avoid delays.

3. Client & Vendor Management:-

- Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, and vendors throughout project execution.
- Provide regular project progress updates.Ensure timely availability of materials by coordinating with the procurement team.

4. Quality & Safety:-





- Ensure all work meets Fixzep's quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks at every stage of execution.
- Follow and enforce safety guidelines at project sites.
- Minimize rework through proactive supervision.

5. Reporting & Documentation:-

- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Track project milestones and site productivity.
- Report execution issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in project handover and final documentation.

Eligibility:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in interior execution, construction, site engineering, or fit-out projects.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to read basic architectural/interior drawings is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel to project sites across Chennai.
