Job Title: HMC Setter cum Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced HMC Setter cum Operators to join our manufacturing team in Coimbatore. Candidates should have 3–10 years of hands-on experience in setting and operating Horizontal Machining Center (HMC) machines, with solid expertise in machining non-standard components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate HMC machines independently.
- Machine non-standard and precision components as per engineering drawings.
- Perform tool setting, offset corrections, and program verification.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.




- Monitor machine performance and maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and follow safety procedures.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve daily production targets.

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HMC machine setup and operation.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
- Experience with non-standard component machining is mandatory.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
