Exciting opportunities have arisen at Certifications at Ahmedabad & Bengaluru, India for JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – TC.

As a Junior Executive – TC you will be responsible to serve client request for issue of accurate and timely Transaction Certifications.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Verification and review of documents
- Preparation of Transaction Certificates (TCs)
- Coordinate with clients to ensure complete and correct documents are received to process the TCs
- Internal coordination within team
- External coordination – with clients
- Maintaining good relation with the clients
- Delegated tasks by manager (Certifier/ Program Manager)
- Record keeping and storage of files, while maintaining traceability
- Maintaining upto date files as per procedures

Requirements

- Graduate in any field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in service industry would be preferred
- Working experience of client coordination, client service, document (import/ export)



review would be advantageous
- Working experience in textile and related industry would be preferred
- Average command of English: in speech and in writing
- Fast learner with good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with System/ Applications and MS Office (MS Excel, Word & Outlook)
