Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead and develop the store team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations and team performance.
- Drive sales and achieve business targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate store employees.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Oversee inventory, stock accuracy, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor store KPIs, compliance, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of retail experience (Premium retail/Watches)
- Robust leadership, communication, and sales management skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
