Role Overview

Roswalt Realty is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end recruitment across construction, engineering, real estate and corporate functions.

The candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management and offer-closing capabilities. Experience hiring technical and site-level professionals for real estate developers, construction companies or infrastructure organisations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage the complete recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to candidate joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, social media and headhunting.
- Hire for technical and construction roles such as Civil Engineers, Site Engineers, Project Managers, Planning Engineers, MEP professionals, Quantity Surveyors, Safety Officers, Procurement and Contracts personnel.
- Support recruitment for corporate functions, including Sales, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Administration and Human Resources.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates based on experience, communication, stability, compensation and notice period.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, documentation and joining confirmations.
- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming requirements.
- Develop professional relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
- Maintain recruitment trackers,



interview records and daily or weekly hiring reports.
- Track offer-to-joining ratios, position ageing, turnaround time and source effectiveness.
- Support and guide junior recruiters in sourcing, screening and candidate coordination.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in real estate, construction, engineering or infrastructure hiring is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of technical, site-level and corporate job roles.
- Solid experience using Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to independently manage multiple open positions.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of MS Excel, recruitment trackers and reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
