Position: Sr. Talent acquisition specialist
Experience required: 5+ yrs
Location: Zirakpur (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media.
- Screene resumes and conducted initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintaine regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary offers and facilitated offer rollouts.
- Ensure smooth pre-joining and onboarding processes.
- Built and maintaine a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Poste job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Worked closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
