Job Title: US B2B Telesales Executive – Biologics Products

Location: Nagpur (Work from Office)
Shift: US Night Shift
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Working Hours: 9.5 Hours per Day

Job Summary

We are hiring US B2B Telesales Executives for selling Biologics products in the US market. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in US B2B sales with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset. Experience in Healthcare Services or Healthcare Products sales will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound B2B sales calls to US-based clients.
- Promote and sell Biologics products to business customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria





- Minimum experience in US B2B Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in Healthcare Services or Healthcare Products Sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary & Benefits

- Gross Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Attractive performance-based incentives (applicable after the first 3 months)
