Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Assist clients in understanding Alibaba.com services, reports, and account performance.
- Conduct client visits whenever required to resolve concerns, provide support, or showcase Alibaba.com data and performance reports.
- Ensure effective communication between clients and internal departments.
- Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Handle escalations calmly and professionally while ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle client concerns with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
- Comfortable with client meetings and field visits whenever required.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
