- AJO: Journey design, event triggers, audience eligibility, templates, offers/personalization, throttling, frequency capping.
- Edge Network basics and tag management (Adobe Launch / other TMS).
- Practical experience with JSON, APIs, webhooks, and data transformation.
Understanding of data privacy, consent frameworks, and enterprise governance
