Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our remote team from India. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into bookings, upselling services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat from UAE customers.

Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, quotes, and incomplete bookings.

Provide detailed service information, clarify doubts, and assist customers in selecting suitable services.

Convert leads to confirmed bookings and meet sales targets.

Upsell and cross-sell additional services where appropriate.

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

Coordinate with UAE-based service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.





Continuously improve knowledge of SmileHandyy’s services and customer needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

2–4 years of experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably in B2C or service sectors.

Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in Hindi is a plus.

Prior experience handling UAE or GCC customers is highly desirable.

Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Positive computer skills (CRM, Excel, email handling).

Flexible to work in UAE time zone.

Working Hours:

Monday–Saturday, UAE business hours (approx. 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM IST)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
