Role & Responsibilities

1) Overall Store management
2) Staff management ( attendance, grooming, discipline )
3) Shrinkage control
4) Stock maintenance without paving way for product damage
5) Sales training to the staff
6) Store cleanliness
7) Complete admin control ( dealing with maintenance related vendors )
8) Store opening & closing procedures
9) Extremely effective customer relations
10) Active participation in sales aiding the sales force
11) Complete control of sales team
