About the Role
Job Title: Executive – Operations (VKYC Verification Executive)
Location: Marol, Andheri (Work from Office)
Schedule: 6 days a week (Rotational Off)
Shifts: Rotational (24x7) | 9 hours shift (7 AM - 10 PM)
Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Do

- Be the face of trust – Conduct video calls with customers to verify their identity & documents.
- Follow SOPs & compliance norms to ensure smooth and accurate VKYC journeys.
- Guide customers patiently through the process while addressing queries with confidence.
- Ensure every detail is captured with precision and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with compliance & customer service teams to keep operations running seamlessly.

What You’ll Bring

- Excellent communication skills (because you’ll talk to customers all day!).
- Strong attention to detail – you’ll spot what others might miss.




- Knowledge of KYC regulations (bonus if you’ve done it before).
- Comfort with video conferencing & digital tools.
- A customer-first mindset with high ethical standards.
- Adaptability – because shifts change, and so do processes.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate can apply.
- HSC candidates with 4+ years of experience are also welcome.
- Experience: 0 to 7 years max (freshers to seasoned pros).

All rounds will be conducted at our Marol, Andheri office.
