* Meditarina Hair & Skin Clinic is a growing aesthetic clinic dedicated to providing advanced, result-oriented treatments for hair and skin concerns. We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Telecaller cum Doctor Assistant to support patient coordination and clinic operations. *

*Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to patients professionally * Convert enquiries into consultations and maintain follow-ups * Schedule and manage doctor appointments efficiently * Assist the doctor during consultations and procedures * Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation * Guide patients regarding treatments, pre-care, and post-care instructions * Coordinate with walk-in patients and manage front desk activities * Ensure smooth daily clinic operations and patient flow * Maintain hygiene and readiness of consultation/treatment rooms *

*Requirements:**





* Good communication skills in Tamil and English (mandatory) * Basic knowledge or interest in skin and hair treatments preferred * Prior experience in telecalling, clinic, or hospital setting is an advantage * Friendly, confident, and patient-focused attitude * Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp communication, etc.) * Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a clinical environment **Salary & Benefits:**

**Working Hours:** maximum 6-7 hours
