About the Role: No-Belly Bier is looking for high-energy sales leaders to spearhead our presence in the most iconic bars, clubs, and hotels. If you have the "hustle" to turn every tap into a No-Belly tap and the charisma to lead premium sampling events, we want you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Listing & Pouring Rights: Secure premium placements and exclusive pouring rights in top-tier On-Trade accounts.
- Brand Activations: Plan and execute "No-Belly" sampling events and high-profile activations
- Staff Education: Train bar and floor staff on our "clean brewing" science—educating them on why our low-calorie, zero-adjunct lager is the premium choice for their health-conscious patrons.
- Relationship Management: Maintain deep ties with F&B; Managers, Owners,



and key influencers in the nightlife circuit.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 2+ years in On-Trade/On-Premise sales within the Alcobev industry (Mandatory).
- Network: Established relationships in the local hospitality scene.
- Passion: A genuine interest in craft beer culture and functional beverage innovation.

Compensation:

- Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹200,000 PM (Based on experience).
- Incentives: Aggressive, performance-linked monthly and quarterly bonuses.
- Reporting: National Sales Head.
