We are a leading Kolkata-based stockist and authorized distributor of premier industrial electrical brands, specializing in 3M (Cable Jointing Kits, Busbar Sleeves, HT Tapes) and Dowells (Lugs, Glands, Crimping Tools). To accelerate our regional expansion, we are establishing a dedicated on-ground presence in Chhattisgarh to directly service the state's thriving steel, power, mining, and infrastructure sectors.

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Resident Field Sales Executive based in Chhattisgarh to generate new business, conduct daily client visits, and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Sales & Market Penetration: Conduct regular on-ground visits to Steel Plants, Power Plants, Mining Units, EPC Contractors, Panel Builders, and Electrical Contractors across key industrial belts in Chhattisgarh (Raipur, Bhilai, Korba, Raigarh, Bilaspur, etc.).
- On-Site Technical Product Pitching: Meet with site engineers, maintenance heads, project managers, and procurement officers to promote and specify 3M Cable Accessories and Dowells Termination Products.
- Inquiry to Order Conversion: Gather Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and technical requirements, coordinate with the Kolkata HQ for competitive quotations, negotiate, and close orders.
- Daily Reporting & Pipeline Management: Submit mandatory Daily Call Reports (DCR) detailing visits completed, key discussions, new inquiries generated, and targeted closing dates.
- Payment Collections:



Coordinate with local accounts teams to ensure timely payment collections in accordance with agreed credit terms.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

- Location: Must be residing in Chhattisgarh (Raipur or Bhilai preferred).
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a Graduate in Science/Commerce.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on field sales experience in Chhattisgarh’s industrial or electrical markets (cables, switchgears, cable accessories, industrial hardware, or electrical consumables).
- Skills:
- Solid local network and familiarity with industrial buyers, contractors, and panel builders across Chhattisgarh.
- Fluent in Chhattisgarhi/Hindi (English proficiency is a plus).
- High level of self-discipline to operate effectively in a field role without direct local office supervision.
- Travel: 100% field-oriented role. Must own a personal two-wheeler (with a valid license) and be willing to travel extensively across key industrial pockets of the state.

- Reporting: Daily reporting to Kolkata Headquarters
- Remuneration: Fixed Monthly Salary (Commensurate with Experience) + Attractive Performance Incentives + Daily Field Travel Allowance (TA/DA)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
