We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, configuring ERP modules, conducting user training, supporting data migration, performing system testing, and ensuring successful ERP deployment. The candidate should possess robust problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience working on ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering through go-live and post-implementation support.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of ERP implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
- Experience in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and user training.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Oracle NetSuite is preferred.

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹45,800.00 per month
