Urgent opening for Assistant Manager Tool Room at Noida

We have an immediate hiring for our client for Assistant Manager – Tool Room.

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Job Description:

- Oversee the daily operations of the Tool Room and ensure timely availability of tools for production.
- Supervise the maintenance, repair, and modification of Molds, dies, jigs, fixtures, and other tooling.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance to maximize tool life and minimize production downtime.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Lead and guide the Tool Room team to achieve production and quality targets.




- Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor tool inventory and coordinate procurement of tooling consumables and spare parts.
- Maintain tool room records, maintenance logs, and related documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce tooling costs.
