We are looking for a agile and detail-oriented Travel Executive for our tour operator company specializing in international travel. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end handling of international travel requirements including itinerary planning, vendor coordination, bookings, and visa documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and customize international tour itineraries based on client requirements
- Coordinate with DMCs (Destination Management Companies) across various countries
- Negotiate competitive rates with international vendors (hotels, transport, sightseeing, etc.)
- Handle end-to-end bookings – flights, hotels, transfers, and activities
- Manage visa documentation and application processes for multiple countries
- Ensure accurate costing and timely submission of proposals
- Maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and partners
- Provide excellent communication via email and calls with international vendors




- Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot travel-related issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1–5 years experience in international travel / tour operations
- Strong knowledge of international destinations & routing
- Experience working with DMCs and global vendors
- Hands-on experience in visa documentation (Schengen, UK, USA, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good negotiation and costing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and travel tools

Preferred

- Experience in handling group tours + FIT (Free Independent Travelers)
- Prior experience in a tour operator company

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
