Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth order processing for our Fabric operations. The ideal candidate will handle client communication, order coordination, and documentation to help meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management: Receive customer orders, confirm specifications, quantities, delivery dates, and coordinate with production & merchandising teams

2. Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for buyers. Handle queries, follow-ups, quotations, and maintain solid client relationships

3. Production Coordination: Liaise between sales, production, sampling, and QC teams to track order status and ensure on-time delivery

4. Documentation: Prepare invoices, PI, packing lists, and maintain proper records in CRM/ERP

5. Sales Support: Assist sales managers with presentations, catalogs, pricing,



and market data

6. Reporting: Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, MIS, and track targets vs achievements

7. Inventory & Dispatch: Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability and timely dispatch

Requirements

- Experience: 3-5 years in sales coordination, preferably in garment/textile manufacturing or export house

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field. Diploma in Apparel Merchandising is a plus

- Skills: Strong communication, MS Excel, CRM/ERP knowledge, negotiation, problem-solving

- Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of regional languages is an advantage
