We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic intern to join our team and help grow Jeel, our cross-border e-commerce marketplace for the Maldives.

Responsibilities

- Contact and onboard new sellers to the Jeel marketplace.
- Explain the benefits of selling on Jeel and assist with the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with sellers.
- When customer orders are received, contact sellers to confirm product availability.
- Coordinate with sellers to ensure orders are packed and dispatched on time.
- Follow up with sellers and provide day-to-day support.
- Maintain seller and order records.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- Must own a laptop.




- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Willing to work on-site from our office in Valanchery.
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
