Customer Support Executive (Hindi/English)

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for customer communication, providing product support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers for onboarding and support
- Provide clear guidance on using product features
- Resolve customer queries and issues professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

- Solid communication skills in Hindi & English (mandatory)
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Basic knowledge of computers and mobile applications
- Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving skills




- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Finance Preferred

Experience:

- Freshers or candidates with prior customer support experience can apply

Work Location:

- Kochi
