Job Description

- Knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios. Give links to profiles as examples.
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
- Is a Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide clients. (i.e: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
- Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities including online advocacy, and content development and management.
- Ensure an effective and qualified image to the customer and an accurate portrayal of business strategies across all social media platforms.
- Analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns in real time by collecting data and producing reports required to evaluate the effectiveness of social media programs.
- Develop and deliver daily social media content to relevant communities that support business goals.
