- Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or higher in any relevant field
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles and market/media research's
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid leadership and team management abilities
Demonstrate problem-solving with Complete Excel and PPT Knowledge
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with changing priorities and deadlines
Experience in media monitoring, PR, or related fields is a plus

Job Summary:

- Selecting research methods appropriate to pre-defined client criteria.
- Sesigning and using qualitative and quantitative research tools such as questionnaires,



focus groups, etc.
- Reading press releases and broadcast coverage and assessing whether stories are favourable or detrimental to clients.
- Analysing campaign performance and research results using a variety of numerical and IT tools.
- Summarizing and finalizing data at the end of projects.
- Entering data into client databases.
- Supporting and advising coding and client account staff.
- Making presentations.
- Writing reports.
- Attending information sessions.
- Networking with media owners.
- Ensuring set deadlines are met.
