- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Ensure proper gate control, ID verification, and visitor management.
- Conduct regular patrols of the plant, warehouse, and surrounding premises.
- Prevent theft, pilferage, and unauthorized removal of goods or materials.
- Check incoming and outgoing materials against documentation.
- Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance systems.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, accidents, or security breaches.
- Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, and registers.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, stores, HR) for security compliance.
- Enforce company policies, safety rules, and legal regulations.
- Assist during audits and inspections related to security and safety.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Minimum 10th/12th pass (higher qualification preferred).
- Prior experience in industrial or plant security (FMCG preferred).
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and surveillance systems.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
- Positive observation and reporting skills.
- Physically fit and alert.
- Basic communication skills (local language + English preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
