The branch manager will be responsible for staff hiring, training and supervision. He/she needs to come up with objectives, goals and strategies to ensure that the school meets its business targets. The ideal candidate should have positive communication, leadership and analytical skills.
Required skills
- Should be a post graduate - MBA from any reputed institute preferred.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and writing
- Identify new market opportunities
- Should be proficient on the computer – Office software and digital marketing skills
- Should have experience in handling a team
Job responsibilities
- Coordinating with the head office and other branch offices to ensure the smooth management of operations.
