Role Description

This is a Full-time, role for Account and HR professional at Nirmaan Engineering, located in Indore. The responsibilities include financial management, account supervision, Accounting, Client handling, and support of processes such as recruitment and employee EPF work. Additionally, the role involves maintaining records and reports, assisting in payroll management, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaboration and communication with internal and external Company persons.





Qualifications

Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Proficiency in Account Management and related organizational tasks to oversee accounts and ensure compliance.

Prior experience in HR processes is a plus, including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management.

Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

knowledge of standard financial software (Tally) and tools.

Relevant certifications or a degree in Tally, related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
