Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence and execute effective online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, content planning, and campaign execution, with a proven ability to enhance brand awareness and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop creative marketing materials.
- Plan and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility.
- Manage website content updates and ensure consistency across digital channels.
- Track digital marketing trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements.




- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, events, recruitment campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Generate quality leads through digital channels and continuously optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
- Experience in a Marketing Agency is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.
- Experience with social media management tools and content scheduling platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and content planning skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
