Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage fabrication operations for pressure vessels and heat exchangers
Find relevant contractors in fabrication process and engage with them for timely delivery and quality output

· Plan, design, and oversee fabrication projects, including detailed drawings and technical specifications

· Drive production efficiency through process optimization and resource planning

· Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure high standards of output

· Coordinate with design, procurement, vendors and quality teams to meet project timelines and specifications

· Liaise with third-party inspection agencies to ensure compliance and certification

· Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges in fabrication processes

· Handle the contractors and shop floor workers to keep morale high and deliver high quality output

· Ensure adherence to safety regulations, industry codes (ASME/TEMA/BIS/IBR), and company policies

· Train, mentor,



and supervise shop floor personnel and engineers

· continuously improve manufacturing practices through innovation and best practices

· Timely purchase of quality raw materials at cost effective rates, costing of projects and adhering to timely delivery of projects

Requirements

· BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

· 10+ years of experience in fabrication, preferably in pressure vessels and heat exchangers

· Robust knowledge of fabrication techniques, welding processes, and material handling

· Familiarity with industry standards and inspection protocols

· Knowledge of local vendors and contractors and quality 3rd party manufacturers

· Proven leadership and team management skills

· Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
