Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on knowledge & interview performance)

Property Legal (primary focus):

- Property document verification — parent documents, sale deed, patta, chitta, FMB, layout approvals
- 30-year EC scrutiny and chain of title verification
- Check for mortgage, litigation, attachment or third-party claims
- Coordinate with Sub-Registrar Office, Revenue Dept and VAO
- Draft and vet sale agreements, sale deeds, lease and rental agreements
- Verify CMDA/DTCP approvals and RERA status

Employment Law Support (secondary):

- Prepare legally compliant notices and termination letters when required

Requirements:

- LL.B; Bar Council enrolment / AIBE preferred
- Tamil and English reading mandatory (property documents are in Tamil)
- MS Office and TNREGINET portal knowledge
- Willing to travel within Chennai for SRO and site visits
- Immediate availability

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
