Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development

- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new sales employees.
- Develop and deliver field sales training programs and workshops.
- Train sales teams on product knowledge, sales processes, and company policies.
- Conduct refresher training sessions for existing employees.
- Create training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessment tools.

Field Coaching

- Accompany sales representatives during field visits to observe performance.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and practical sales guidance.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend improvement plans.
- Demonstrate effective sales pitches and customer engagement techniques.

Performance Monitoring

- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and field observations.
- Track trainee performance and sales productivity after training.




- Prepare training reports, feedback summaries, and improvement recommendations.
- Work closely with sales managers to improve team performance.

Sales Process Improvement

- Ensure adherence to company sales standards and processes.
- Share best practices and successful sales strategies across teams.
- Assist in implementing recent sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Support sales teams in achieving revenue and business goals.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
